Holidays are the perfect time to reflect on our lives and to ask questions about where our lives are going. Well-Being Breaks has devised a series of three weekly life coaching themes to assist you in this process. Whether you want to learn how to relax better and de-stress in your regular life, or re-invent yourself with extra confidence and make the changes you want to make, or simply to ponder on what it is to “live the good life”, we can help you.
Each life coaching theme is available on a number of different occasions during our holiday programme – so you could pick from a range of locations for the theme you’d like for your break.
Many people find that a break gives them time to consider issues in their lives, ask questions about where their lives are going, or simply recuperate for the challenges that lie ahead.
The weekly themes are developed in a series of four, 90 minute group meetings, usually held late mornings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week. Your teacher will guide you through a series of discussions and exercises to open you to new ideas and leave you with a solid base to build what you’ve learnt into your lives back home.
And in case you were wondering, the weekly themes are optional – you don’t have to attend!
The following gives a brief summary of the themes – click on the links for more information.

Our first weekly theme is titled Learn to relax. Our lives are prone to stress and there has never been a greater need to find time for ourselves to recharge our batteries. The week’s theme will focus on teaching the basics of mediation and give you all the practical tips you need to build these practices into your lives at home
“It’s never too late to be what you might have been” George Elliot. You may not always think so, but you have far greater control over who you are than you think. And you always have the power to re-invent yourself. Find out how a more confident you can make the changes you want to make. During these theme weeks, Well-Being Breaks will be joined by Eve Menezes Cunningham, founder of AppleCoaching.com, who will take the class and act as your guide.
Finally, we have a week in which we consider the theme of living well. Since the Ancient Greeks, philosophers have debated the “Good Life” and how to live it. In this week’s theme we will look at questions such as how to be happier, have a better work-life balance, simple living, downshifting, even a little personal financial planning
