Our “Re-invent Yourself” weekly theme takes place on the following breaks in 2008
Some people seem to bound through life from one great thing to the next. Their lives are full of new experiences and excitement. Others hold back – afraid of what the consequences of their actions and decisions might be.
Do you . . . . . |
feel like you’re not fulfilling your true potential? |
feel you have a “nice” life but not the “right” one for you? |
hate your job and want to do something more interesting? |
feel there has to be another way? |
Maybe you’ve always dreamed about taking time off to study further, travel the world, write a novel, move abroad, start your own business, or any one of many hundreds of other ideas. None of these may be easy but they are the challenges that ultimately make life satisfying.
Our reinvent theme is about having the courage to make lasting changes to our lives – and staying true to our most-heartfelt values - so you will always be able to look at your life without regrets for the things you never did and look forward to the new experiences that await you.
But embracing change means letting go of certain aspects of our lives. We must be bold, get out of our safety zone, leave behind those situations or relationships that we are clinging to, even though they are not making us happy. And embrace change and uncertainty, challenging the assumptions you have previously made about your life. This is a big risk, but the rewards can be huge.
So our Well-Being Breaks reinvent theme is about overcoming the fears that prevent these changes, of building confidence in ourselves to transform ourselves. We will champion your dreams, hold your hand and say “this is possible, you can do this” - so you can live a life that inspires, fulfils and delights you!
